Refund Policy

  • SadaTools will only initiate a refund under specific conditions: 
  • Service Disruption: Refunds are considered only if a primary service/tool Semrush, Ubersuggest, StoryBlocks, Grammarly, Canva, Freepik, Moz Only (if purchased separately) is non-functional for three or more consecutive days, and main point is some things is restricted in group buy. So because of those things we are not able to allow refunds.
  • Tool Removal: We reserve the right to remove any tool if we encounter issues with its official operation. For any single tool, we are not obligated to refund the package.
  • Refund Processing Time: The refund process may take 4-5 days to initiate. 

  • Account Issues: No refunds will be issued if your account is banned or blocked due to invalid activities. Abusive language towards support staff will also disqualify you from receiving a refund.

  • Tool Limits: If a tool’s limits are reached, you must wait until the limits reset. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

  • Non-Valid Requests: Refund requests without valid reasons (e.g., change of mind, accidental purchase) will not be accepted and may result in account suspension.

  • Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact Chat Support. Administration will respond within 24-48 hours.
