Refund Policy

At Sada Tools, we value our users and strive to provide the best experience. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Refunds will only be initiated if a primary service/tool (e.g., Semrush, Spyfu, Ubersuggest, StoryBlocks, Quetext, Grammarly, Canva, Vista Create (Crello), Moz) is non-functional for three (3) or more consecutive days. Certain tools in group buy setups may have restrictions or limited availability, and refunds will not be provided for such limitations as they are inherent to group buy services.

Sada Tools reserves the right to remove any tools from our plans if issues arise with official providers. Refunds will not be provided for individual tools being removed from a package.

Refund requests may take 4–5 working days to process. Additionally, payment gateways may require an additional 4–5 working days to process and return the funds to your account.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Your account is banned or blocked due to invalid activities (e.g., account sharing, policy violations).
  • If you use abusive language toward support staff.
  • Tool limits are exhausted. Users must wait until limits refresh.
  • Refund requests submitted without valid reasons (e.g., "Changed my mind").

To submit a refund request, contact Chat Support. Administration will respond within 24–48 hours.
